POst Fire Season Crew Sessions
Are designed specifically for hand and engine crews, helitack, hotshots, and smokejumpers to help firefighters transition into the fire season in a strong and supportive way. They can be developed and co-created with superintendents, supervisors, FMO’s, AFMO’s, and captains who understand the culture and needs of their crew members. They include education and practices that support the pre season transition.
Details:
Gatherings are held in person and can be from 2 to 3 hrs in length, in a community space of your choice, food and beverages recommended. You can expect a dynamic, interactive, educational session that is infused with your crews culture and unique dynamics.
Investment:
2 hr session with individual crew member follow up - $400
3 hr session with individual crew member follow up - $525
(travel and accommodation’s outside of Central Oregon not included in price and need to be negotiated prior to session).
